Who I work with

Founders and owners of high-growth businesses in Tech, SaaS, AI, digital agencies or service businesses with 2 to 50 people.

Growing fast (or trying to). At a stage where the team was built on the fly and the cracks are starting to show.

The sweet spot is a founder with around 20 to 30 people who's hired quickly, promoted people who were great at the job but were never taught to manage, and built people processes on the fly. It's held together so far. But it's starting to show.

The people stuff that gets in the way of growth: inconsistent management, hires that don't work out, people leaving when you least need it, and founders who are still the answer to every question.

I build the structure and habits that stop those problems from happening in the first place. Solid hiring and onboarding. Managers who actually manage. Clear ways of doing things that don't depend on one person.

I'm not a traditional HR consultant. I don't do disciplinaries or grievances. My work is about building things properly before they break.

How I work

Most clients start with the People & Growth Diagnostic (£1,000). A proper look under the bonnet: what's actually going wrong, what the risks are, and what to fix first. Takes 2 to 3 weeks and ends with a clear, prioritised plan.

From there, work ranges from getting the legal basics in place to building a full people plan for the next stage of growth.

Programmes run from £2,000 to £15,000+. The diagnostic cost comes off anything that follows.

Free, 60 minutes. I'll send a few short questions beforehand so we make the most of the time. Even if it's not the right fit, they'll come away with a clearer picture of what's going on in their business.

They start with the Diagnostic
If we're a good fit, most clients start here. A structured review of what's actually happening, what the risks are, and what to fix first. Some clients prefer to jump straight into a programme if the picture is already clear.
