What I look at:
I look across all parts of the business that affect how your people work, perform and stay.
That can include your team structure, roles, hiring, onboarding, management, expectations, ways of working, compliance and retention.
The aim is to understand the whole picture, rather than treating each issue in isolation.

You’ll also get a prioritised Now/Next/Later plan so you know exactly what to focus on first and what decisions need to come next.
How it works:
The Diagnostic is usually completed over 3 to 4 weeks.

I gather the right information
I look at what’s happening across the business, including the information, documents and context needed to understand the current picture.

I analyse what’s really going on
I look for patterns, gaps, risks and the things that may be causing more than one problem at once.

We walk through it together
We spend 60 to 90 minutes going through the findings, priorities and what needs to happen next, so you leave knowing what the report actually means for your business.
What happens afterwards:
The Diagnostic is a standalone piece of work.
You can take the report and start putting the priorities into action yourself.
Or, if you’d like help putting those priorities into action, I can help with that too. We’d scope the work separately based on what the Diagnostic shows.
Either way, you leave with clarity on what needs attention, what matters most and where to start.
